Is Not a Dream<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, 2023<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This exhibition opens a dual space: a space to view photographic\/video works that document collaborative attempts to turn people into friends; and an experimental space where visitors get a chance, through the photographic process, to try and cross the inner boundary that separates us from strangers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From a social point of view, a central function of photography is to document and reinforce social bonds, especially family ties (Bourdieu, 1965). The experimental part of the exhibition makes playful use of this ability, as viewers are invited to take part in \u201cfamily photographs\u201d with strangers.
