Through paintings composed of multiple narratives, I seek to simulate the visual aspect of the flow of imagery of consciousness. This flow is the visual manifestation that occurs in thought during everyday reflections, mind-wandering, dreams, or altered states of consciousness. My focus of interest lies in the fluid, almost imperceptible nature of the transitions between these mental narratives, which unify and balance the seemingly symbolic chaos, rendering it familiar.
